In the world of healing, we often hear the term lightworker.

As an energy healer, I’ve come to understand that light isn’t just symbolic of awareness or awakening. Light is a physical presence, within our cells, our hands, and our intention. It’s known as biophotons: ultra-weak light particles emitted by every living cell in the body. When we work with energy, we’re also working with these particles of light.

What Are Biophotons?

Biophotons are subtle light emissions that flow from your cells, particularly concentrated in the brain, heart, and hands. Science shows that these emissions increase in coherence (or order) during meditation, states of gratitude, and deep healing.

In simpler terms: when you feel peaceful, present, and aligned, you shine—literally.

How This Connects to My Healing Work

Whether I’m guiding someone through a Crystal Grid Healing, Hypnotic Reprogramming, or my Energetic Methods, I’m not just moving unseen energy, I’m facilitating the organisation of their inner light field.
