Why I Only Offer Healing In Person

The Sacred Difference of Being Held in a Real Space

Phone calls are kind. Video calls are lovely. But when the screen goes dark, you're still sitting in the same space that held your trauma.

Online can connect, but sacred space transforms.
Online can connect, but sacred space transforms.

When you enter my healing space, you're not just coming for a session. You're stepping out of your comfortable discomfort zone, into an environment that is intentionally prepared to lift you.

You walk into air scented with sage, frankincense, myrrh, or palo santo. Not for theatrics, but for clearing.

For opening.

For allowing.

You sit within a sacred space that doesn’t carry the energy of your day, your stress, or your emotional chaos. You’re in a new field, a space where grief can be exhaled, where trauma can be held, and where your body can finally feel safe.

And after the session, after the energy has moved, softened, and rebalanced, you don’t just return to your day. You walk out into fresh air.

And something feels different.

You return home a little lighter. A little more hopeful. A version of yourself that’s been touched by stillness.

Because real healing isn’t just what happens on the table. It’s what happens when you step back into your life, more you than when you arrived.

I know this not just from my clients, but from myself. When I’m home, I float. I feel foggy. But take me away, even just on a small trip, and I rise with the sun. I’m vibrant. I’m hungry for life again. That’s what stepping out of the familiar does: it wakes us back up.

And that’s what this work is about.

You come to my space so you can return to your own—as someone lighter, lifted, and ready to begin again.
