Terms & Conditions By purchasing this product package from Universe’s Gifts, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Package Details & Validity • The service purchased needs to be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. • Sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser. • All sessions must be booked in advance, subject to availability. 2. Payment & Refund Policy • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure the package. • No refunds will be issued for change of mind or unused sessions. • Refunds may be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law if services are not provided as described. • If the business ceases operations or can no longer provide the service, the remaining balance may be refunded. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. • Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. • If the practitioner needs to cancel, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience. 4. Health & Liability • Our Healing Service is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical treatment. • Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions before the session. • Universe’s Gifts is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the sessions, except where required by law. 5. NSW Consumer Law Compliance • These terms comply with Australian Consumer Law and NSW Fair Trading regulations. • Customers are entitled to services that are delivered with due care and skill and match their advertised description. • If you have concerns, you may contact NSW Fair Trading for consumer rights assistance.
