Terms & Conditions

All purchase for our Jordan Springs venue
By purchasing from Universe's Gifts, you agree to the following terms and conditions


1. Details & Validity
All packages includes certain number of sessions that may vary dependent on the package you purchase.


All sessions purchased are to be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser. All sessions must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

 

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure the booking/package.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind or unused sessions. Refunds may be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law if services are not provided as described. If the business ceases operations or can no longer provide the service, the remaining balance may be refunded.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. If the practitioner needs to cancel, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

 

4. Health & Liability

Healing is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical treatment. Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions before the session. Universe's Gifts is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the sessions, except where required by law.

 

5. NSW Consumer Law Compliance

These terms comply with Australian Consumer Law and NSW Fair Trading regulations. Customers are entitled to services that are delivered with due care and skill and match their advertised description. If you have concerns, you may contact NSW Fair Trading for consumer rights assistance. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Travel Policy for Home Bookings

At Universes Gifts, we strive to make KSE Sensory Energetics accessible to clients within a reasonable travel distance. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following travel policy applies:

Travel Distance & Fees

  • Standard travel coverage includes locations within 30km of Penrith at no additional charge.

  • For locations beyond 30km, a travel surcharge of $20 per additional 10km will apply.

  • The maximum travel distance for mobile sessions is 60km from Penrith.

 

Payment & Booking Requirements

  • Any applicable travel charges must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Unpaid travel fees may result in the appointment being rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of Universe's Gifts.

  • Travel fees are non-refundable in the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice).

 

Additional Notes

  • If you are unsure whether your location falls within the standard travel range, please contact us before booking.

  • Special arrangements for group bookings or corporate sessions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
