Refund Policy

At Universe’s Gifts, we are committed to providing a high-quality and transformative healing experience. Our refund policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ensures fairness for both our clients and our business.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Please ensure you are committed to your booking before making a purchase.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 24 hours' notice – You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
Less than 24 hours' notice – A 50% cancellation fee applies, as this time has been reserved for you.
Missed appointments (No-show) – No refunds will be provided. A full session fee will apply.

Prepaid Packages & Sessions

Prepaid packages (e.g., 5-session Crystal Grid Healing package) are non-refundable after purchase.
Sessions within a package must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds for Services Rendered

As our services are based on personal experience and individual energy responses, we do not guarantee specific results and therefore do not provide refunds once a session has been completed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Under NSW Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or reschedule if:

The service was not provided as described.
There is a major failure in delivering the service.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer law, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiry dates apply and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
